Hello and welcome to MI PLUS+!

We are so excited to have you here, as you work on expanding and exploring Motivational Interviewing.

This page is a basic rundown of where to begin to start utilizing MI PLUS+.

Want ideas of where to start?

1.) Hover over the LIVE tab on the home page.

This is where we host our 2 live events each month that you can join as part of your membership. The Mini MI training covers a specific topic monthly, and the Conversations with Casey is a live Q & A/discussion on Motivational Interviewing topics.

2.) Click on the Micro courses tab

These short 10 minutes or less mini courses cover a variety of Motivational Interviewing or communication topics. Each Micro course includes a short training video, a chance to watch US practice than a chance for YOU to practice.

3.) Hover over the MI Library

You will notice in our library we have all kinds of content for you to explore at your own pace.

  • MICA training videos
  • Motivational Interviewing audios (so you can hear what “good MI” sounds like)
  • And much more!

4.) Explore the MI PLUS+ homepage

Once you’ve gained a baseline knowledge of Motivational Interviewing you might enjoy exploring on our homepage the “netflix style” content on specific Motivational Interviewing topics.

5.) Join our Introduction to Motivational Interviewing class

Lastly, if you have not taken our Introduction to Motivational Interviewing course-we highly recommend that. MI PLUS+ is best used for a post training support tool, so once you take our Introduction class, it’s much easier to navigate the concepts, resources and videos to help you expand your skills.
