“When you think about this, what is that part of you, that wants to be an exceptional provider. When you chose to have a family, what was that thing in you, that wanted to put yourself in this kind of position where you are the provider?”

“What is that thing inside of you, that drives you to lead a team like this?”

Johns example: “What are or what could be things that you have within yourself to rely upon in this situation?”

“What are the strengths you have, that when things are tough you know you can rely on?”

“So what are the things you know within you that made that happen in the past?”
